Hi Thalia,
very interesting informations. Even in Italy in the past and still today in many school the priest blessed the school at the begin of a new school year.Today, however, in Italy is much discussion on the secular character of the education to the point to consider the crucifix, symbol of our religion, as something to eliminate from the school.
